Founders Presale rates. These are launch prices held for founding members, and joining is entirely digital — no paper contract to sign. Billing runs in three steps: your first month is your first and last month's dues, held as a deposit. Your second month is just the normal monthly rate. Your third month adds the one-time membership fee — $49 on Founding Member and on the LEO, Military, First Responder & Teacher rate, $89 on Founding Family — on top of that month's dues. Every month after that, it's flat: just your monthly rate.

Membership questions
No paper to sign — joining and cancelling both happen digitally. Every plan is Ongoing, which means it simply continues until you stop it: there is no twelve-month commitment to serve out and nothing to buy your way out of.
Cancel anytime, digitally — that's the deal on every Founders Presale plan. Give us 30 days' notice before your next billing date and it stops. We'll ask for a couple minutes of feedback on your way out — it's optional, it's not there to talk you out of leaving, and it isn't a formality: Mike actually reads it, because he wants to know what didn't work here so he can fix it. The exact notice period is printed in your membership agreement.
Yes — for travel, injury or a spell away over summer. Freeze terms to be confirmed with the owner before launch.
Yes. Founding Family is $89 a month for a couple, and every additional household member is $29 a month on top. One payment, one account, everybody gets the app, a baseline workout and a body scan.
No-shows, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before a booked appointment, are charged at the full rate. Arrive late and we'll train you for the time that's left rather than running into the next person's slot. Both are in the membership agreement, and we'd rather you read it here first.
Unused credit expires one year from the date you paid it. Fitness packages have a window to be completed in: a 4-week package allows 5 weeks from your first appointment, and a 12-week package allows 14.
Sessions are paid for in advance or as they're completed, you may work with more than one member of staff, and a returned check carries a $30 fee. The full terms are on the membership agreement page — worth five minutes before you join.
Minimum age and the rules for supervised under-18 training are to be confirmed with the owner and the gym's insurer before launch.
